Jennifer & Jon: Engaged! | Callaway Gardens

Monday morning, I photographed Jennifer and Jon’s engagement session at Callaway Gardens. It was the perfect spot for them because it is the place where Jon proposed to Jennifer back in July. They have been dating since high school, and Jon completely surprised Jennifer by asking her to marry him at the gazebo in the Azela Bowl Gardens.

Jon was leaving for military training at the end of the week and would be gone until their wedding in March, so this was the only week they could take their engagement photos. Even though there weren’t as many flowers in bloom as there were when Jon proposed, it worked out perfectly because they had the garden practically to themselves that morning. And there were so many beautiful spots for photos!
