Shana & John’s Wedding: Stone Mountain GA

Shana and John were married on April 10, 2010 in Stone Mountain GA. The wedding theme was Old Hollywood Glamour and every detail was perfect. When I first heard Shana’s “Going to the Chapel” ringtone before my initial meeting with her and John, I was immediately excited to work with them. I have had so much fun getting to know these two ever since then. They are two of the sweetest people you’ll meet, and I know they are going to be so happy together!

Shana and John decided to do a first look and see each other before the wedding. That gave us plenty of time to take all the portraits before the ceremony so Shana and John didn’t have to miss any of their reception! Here’s the look on John’s face when he saw Shana in her wedding dress for the first time:

After finishing up their portraits, Shana and John checked out the reception venue and had a quick dance together before leaving for the church. Aren’t the cute together!?

The reception was held at Michael David’s and the place looked gorgeous! As part of the Old Hollywood theme, each table had a photo of a different old movie star telling the guests where to sit:

The cake was from Bill Rhodes Bakery and it was one of the things Shana was looking forward to most at the reception!

All the guest had a blast dancing at the reception. It was such a fun group!
