Kristy & Andy’s Destination Wedding in Charleston

Kristy and Andy were married on September 1, 2012. They both live in Ohio and traveled with some close family and friends to Charleston for their destination wedding. They exchanged vows at a beautiful intimate ceremony in the gazebo in White Point Gardens at the Battery. The park made a perfect backdrop! Kristy and Andy’s reception was held in a beach house at Isle of Palms, which was lots of fun for all the guests who had made the trip to Charleston with them. I had such a wonderful time being a part of Kristy and Andy’s wedding day. Congratulations to you both!

The day started in the Andrew Pickney Inn, where both the bride and groom got ready.

The guests gathered in the gazebo at White Point Gardens for the wedding ceremony.

Andy’s mother sang Ava Maria. It was such a beautiful touch to the ceremony!

Next, everyone headed to Isle of Palms for the wedding reception. Before making their entrance at the reception we took a few photos out on the beach.
