An Afternoon in Midtown Atlanta

I love the Atlanta weather! A week and a half ago I was excited about the snow and yesterday I was enjoying gorgeous 80 degree sunshine. Once I’ve seen one nice snowfall for the year, I’m ready for spring to be here, so these past few weeks has seemed like almost perfect weather to me.

My mom was in town visiting me the past two days. I hadn’t seen her since my visit just before Christmas so we had fun spending a some time together. We took advantage of the great weather yesterday by walking around Midtown and Piedmont Park, checking out some spots I was scouting out for upcoming shoots and topping the afternoon off with some delicious iced chai lattes.
